Lavender Cucumber Cooler


  • cucumber
  • 1.5 oz gin (Hendricks)
  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz The Bu Lavender Kombucha
  • ice
  • fresh lavender sprig


  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle three cucumber slices with gin.
  2. Add-in St. Germain, lime juice, and ice. Shake well. 
  3. Strain out the liquid into a glass filled with ice. Add The Bu Lavender Kombucha.
  4. Add The Bu Lavender Kombucha.
  5. Garnish with cucumber slices and a sprig of lavender.
