What is kombucha?
Kombucha (kom-boo-cha) is a living beverage made from tea and probiotic cultures. TheBu is real, live kombucha – non-GMO, organic, raw, packed full of probiotics – and it tastes amazing!
Why should I drink TheBu?

We treat our kombucha with TLC. TheBu is artisan-made, produced in small batches, bottled at the peak of perfection and shipped immediately. Because kombucha is alive, it should be kept chilled at all times.
When and how?
TheBu is an anytime drink! At the peak of taste straight from the refrigerator, it’s also extra-refreshing over ice. Mix it with other flavors, chia seeds — we’ve even seen it used as a salad dressing. Pair it with your favorite meal to round out the experience!
How is TheBu made?
Step 1: Brew organic tea. We use either green or black certified organic teas.
Step 2: Introduce a little bit of our last kombucha batch and its scoby (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast—TheBu family line!), plus organic evaporated cane juice (food for the scoby), premium non-GMO probiotics and organic flavoring (for honeydew and tangerine only).
Step 3: Let the fermenting begin! The end result is kombucha.
